I've been trying to sign in with my student account (eligible and already approved with access valid thru Nov 30, 2021) but both AutoCAD and Revit don't recognize my credentials.
I contacted customer support but they were not helpful at all and eventually told me to post my problem on here for "experts" to help me...
I uninstalled everything (followed clean uninstall instructions) and reinstalled Revit 2021 via AVA but my problem still persists.
Please see attached a PDF for the issue I'm experiencing.

I tried downloading again and after a few failed attempts I could finally install both Revit and AutoCAD without any error message (We're experiencing system issues. Please try again later.) and they automatically recognized my education license. I also used Microsoft Edge instead of Chrome browser.
