Sounds like your firewall settings are blocking it.   Or are you behind a proxy server for internet protection?

I've tried it with the firewall off, but still got the problem. My colleague who has windows 10 has no problems, could windows 7 (which i am using) be the problem?

I have also tried to reinstall the program, but that wont solve the problem either...

All,

Good evening!  I too have a user who cannot get access to the Process Analysis tool in Windows 7.  However, their supervisor has Windows 10 and can get access without issue.  Is there a setting in Windows 7 that can be adjusted?  Thanks in advance for any advice, hope all is well and have a most blessed night!

Peace,

Pete

Please give a kudos if helpful and mark as a solution if somehow I got it right.

Was this working before and stopped working?   When did it stop working?   I'm just wondering if its related to the TLS 2.0 upgrade that you had to do before Aug 3rd.   But there's nothing there for this application..   I've also read it could be related to a netframe issue.

Is there any crucial Window updates these Win 7 machines are missing?

Hello all,

In Internet Explorer all the SSL and TLS options are checked.

I just installed the program yesterday so I don't know if it worked before.

Some more details of my problem... When I'm signed out of my Autodesk Desktop App and a lauch Autodesk Process Analysis I have to log in.  When I've entered my email and password the program crashes and the following error appeares:

Hi,

Please see the TLS1.1 & TLS1.2 related update for Win7 at the following link,

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/3140245/update-to-enable-tls-1-1-and-tls-1-2-as-default-sec...

For TLS 1.2
Registry location: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SecurityProviders\SCHANNEL\Protocols\TLS 1.2\Client
DWORD name: DisabledByDefault
DWORD value: 0
