Autodesk Genuine Service Error Report message

 Hi, Guys

I'm wondering how to solve this problem.

"Autodesk Genuine Service Error Report" Pop up everyday as soon as Windows runs.

(A software problem has caused Autodesk Genuine Service to close unexpctedly.)

Recently I have seen it everyday. 

But nothing in there 'Details'.  So, I don't know why & what s/w (Autodesk programs are installed...AutoCAD 2020, Revit 2017,2019, Navisworks2020, 3dsMax 2016, autodesk desktop app...etc.)

Please let me know, how i solve the problem.

Thank you for providing as much information as you can. 

You mention it happened all of a sudden & it seems you changed location recently? 

It maybe due to using the software in a new environment or something else has changed recently & that is why you are now receiving this error.

Please review this article  focusing on the following issues:

• External Graphics Card (eGPU) is connected through a docking station to a laptop
• Update the graphics card's driver. Refer to the specific card's manufacturer for the most recent drivers
• What URLs/Protocols need to be allowed to access Autodesk Subscription Licensing

Sorry I'm late your Reply.

I was not changed Location..T 0 T

In my case security tools had installed in my PC.  So, I will support to get format service.

I will contact you again , if the problem remain even though I receive format service!
