Autodesk Factory Design Tools not loading in AutoCAD Architecture 2023

Trying Factory Design Tools (FDU_2023_EN_WIN_64BIT_DLM.sfx) with updates (Factory_2023.1), and is not loading in AutoCAD Architecture 2023.

Already try:

"Enable/disable Just-In-Time debugging" in Microsoft Visual Studio 2019, mine don't even have that option.

All commands related to Factory Design are not working:
