These have been sent to the Autodesk Piracy folk's for investigation.

 

Anyone can report suspected piracy at  piracy@autodesk.com

Thanks for bringing this to the attention of the community.

 

It is important to know that software cannot be sold on eBay and that anyone who purchases this online will not be able to activate it.  So essentially, any money you think you are saving turns out only to be an expensive trial version.  It is a rip off.  The system is designed to prevent this kind of license transfer.

you mean if I have a legal 2013 Revit Architecture Suite that I bought from Autodesk I can't resell the software with the serial number on eBay?

That is correct. Your "buyer" would not be able to activate the software.
This was upheld by the Federal courts.
