Autodesk Design Review Installation issues

I have tried every thread I can find on this issue and I cannot seem to resolve this.  This happens when I try to install Design Review:

Thank you for sharing a screenshot it seems you are trying to install Autodesk Design Review. 

1. Try conducting a Clean Uninstall of the previous installation & use the Microsoft Troubleshooter Tool to complete it

1. Make sure your operating system meets the System requirements for the application 
2. Download the application from the site
3. Frequently asked questions (PDF), may provide some guidance on the issue
