i could not fine the correct catagory for this questions. Please forward fo the correct person.

 

this concerns my Autodesk Account Dash Board, Management tab.

 

There are two products on my list that I have installed on my computer and Samsung Note 3. Fusion 360 is on my computer and Autodesk 360 moble on my phone. Both products show that they need to be downloaded. I have down loaded and installed both products,I believe I installed the products before or at the same time I created my autodesk account. 

 

Is this a problem?

 

Do I have to uninstall and reinstall my products.

Hi Mike,

 

I would say No this isn't an issue if you have Fusion 360 loaded and working on your desktop and the A360 mobile app working on your mobile device, however, i'll move this question over into our Installation and Registration forum so they can also respond back on this thread as well provide answers if you have other specific questions.

Hi Mike,

 

The other thing i wanted to call to your attention is that at the top of your manage page, there is also a suppoort link that you could send your question into.

 

FYI my manage.autodesk.com page appears the same as yours, hence my thought that all should be ok with yours too.

 

***IF you're wondering why the "download" buttons appear even though you've already downloaded the applications, those buttons will always be viewable from this page incase you need to download them again. It's by design, but i understand that it also might look confusing.

Thanks Brett,

It's just annoying. Things seem to be working OK, more or less.

(These new apps are hard on the old Gateway. I've had her 6 years now.)
