Autodesk Account not sending verification email

Hello, i am having problems with my account as i just made a new account for the first time but when i try to log into it, it appears asking me to click the link sent to my email however it has not been sent, i have looked for it in all folders and pressed resend email a dozen times but won't seem to work, if a member of staff could help me with this email account problem i would be very grateful, thank you.

If you access your Autodesk Account, do you see all of your products/benefits?

 

There's no need to verify your email/account.

Sorry for the inconvenience. The account service system is backed up you may have to wait a little longer than expected. 

 

Please let us know if you have waited for more than 24hrs.

You can reach out to an agent to have them assist with signing you in if you do not receive the email in the next few hours.
