Hello everyone, I had to wipe my harddrive because of a critical error and reinstall windows comepletely. When I tried to activate 3ds max after I installed it again, the automated activation gave me "error 400" and when I requested an activation code for the manual activation the support told me my current account details wouldn´t match the account details of the account that my serial number is registrated to.
I´ve been told by the support to contact Christopher Beery, a contract manager, in order to ask for my serial number to be transferred to my current acount, so that the support can give me an activation code.
My problem is that I have no idea where to find Christopher Beery. Does he have a profile in the forum? Is he part of the support team?
I tried searching for his name on both google and this website but got no results.
I´d appreciate it if someone could provide me with an e-mail adress, a link to his profile or some other form of help.
He would be the contract manager of your account... meaning he should work for your company. You might need to contact your reseller for assistance.
