I am using the education license of auto cad as a student. Today, i got a message when i open my software, that i have 30 days left to renew my license. I use the link to renew that and on web its extended to one more year as you seen in screenshot. But, when i open my software it always shows me that. What can i do ? Is it really extended or not. Or if it is, then why its showing me this banner. How i can resolve that issue.
I really appreciate if you can help me with that. Thanks in advance.

Hi @Haad_Ali,
Which version of AutoCAD is this?
Can you see it in the products and services tab of https://manage.autodesk.com/ ?
@leowarren34 @ennujozlagam the one more thing i was missing is that i have to download the products i am using once again in order to avoid getting that warning. Now, its working fine. Thanks for you kind help. I appreciate that.
Hi @Haad_Ali,
This would likely be down to your licenses being on the old system. Since those licenses have now expired, any new licenses are now linked to your educational access renewal date. As long as your educational access remains active and the product stays in support your licenses will automatically update their expiry date.
