First of all, Thanks everyone for your time. So today I renewed my student licence in the Autodesk website. But the problem is the licence in the program is not updating. I have tried signing in and out of it. Even tried reinstalling. Still does not work. It still says I need to buy or renew it. But one thing is that I can still draw and save in the program now. Please let me know if there is a fix for that. Or at least if you know wether it is just an display and continue using. As you can see below my licence is renewed in website but not in the program itself. This is such a waste of time and something that shouldn't even be a problem in the first place.
This forum is about the "Desktop App". It feels like this is a product licensing issue. You probably need to contact Autodesk directly, as we are just users like you and have no access to the inner workings at Autodesk

Download AutoCAD 2023 from https://www.autodesk.com/education/edu-software/overview
The installation file is irrelevant - a new license is fetched upon downloading.
See if that resolves your issue.
