AutoCAD stops opening

Hello,

I have problems opening my AutoCAD 2018. I used to have AutoCAD 2015 student version and after it expired I downloaded AutoCAD 2018 - also student version. I was using it just fine, bur after enterning my activation code, AutoCAD 2018 doesn't open. Wihout errors. I also tried opening my Revit 2019 (which I was using a year ago and without any problems) and it has the same problem. Can you please help me? How can I fix it?

I understand that you are not receiving an error. In that case please try to launch AutoCAD again, then send the >NFO < files. Let me know what time the event occurred.

sorry for the delay @natasha.l . It won't attach the file (The file type (.nfo) is not supported) Can I email it to you?

ZIP the file or change the extension to TXT then post it.

After turning my notebook on, it magically worked. However after some time I tried to run it again and I had the same problem. It was at 18:31 today
