AutoCad says it is a trial version eventhough we have a paid subscription

Our AutoCad says it is a trial version even though we have a paid subscription for it. We have tried reinstalling AutoCad 2020 and AutoCad 2021 but it still detects the trial version. Any insights on this will be really helpful, Thanks.

What happens if you try to assign the License to a different user and then try to sign in, does it give you the same error?

We have a license for AutoCad LT. We have tried completely deleting everything and re-installing AutoCad LT 2020 and AutoCad LT 2021 but it still detects the trials version. We have a single license with only one user so could not test with anyone else. For some reasons, the subscription option is also missing when i login to the Autocad as an admin. I wanted to check the validity of our subscription as well.

we have tried re-installing using the instructions in the link but it did not work. Here is what we see under subscriptions:

 

Under Products and Services we see this:

And under Trials we see this:

For some reasons, it is detecting the trial instead of the actual product that we have.

Please chat or email customer service about your maintenance subscription they will be able to validate your contract & make the proper corrections if needed.

How can i end my trial version im afraid that it will automatically charge me for the subscription and i dont see any further use
