AutoCad not opening in LATITUDE 7490

one of my project lead is facing issue where Autocad(2019) is not working in his Laptop.

We tried different versions and it gives error like below, so the Application opens and gives error.

We also tried to clean his local profile then machine format is also completed but same issue.

I am not sure if his Office Laptop is compatible to work for CAD tools.

He is using Latitude 7490 & I have attached another snapshot for his machine configurations.

Request to kindly have a look and advise.

Hi,

If there are issues with just one specific dwg-file we would need this file to find out what's in it.

You can run tests by using command _RECOVERALL (instead of _OPEN) to load this file and run checks inside this file and referenced dwg-files if there are any.

Also make sure all updates for AutoCAD are installed, you can start command _ABOUT and show us a screenshot from this dialog so we can tell you if all is up-to-date.
