AutoCAD Mobile for Students Premium

Can anyone confirm that verified student education accounts get access to Premium AutoCAD Mobile App for iPad?  We have had our students sign-up for Autodesk accounts through the Autodesk Education Plan and go through the verification process but only get the free access to the AutoCAD Mobile App.  Since the students are using iPads remotely they can't use the Web version since it is not supported and they need to edit AutoCAD documents in the App.  We can't seem to get a definitive answer to whether or not they should be getting Premium access and if so, we haven't found a way to allow students to get access to it.  Hopefully this is an option during these challenging times.

Yes you should get premium as long as your students have requested AutoCAD from here: https://www.autodesk.com/education/edu-software/overview

All of the AutoCAD toolsets and mobile apps have been combined into one request.

I have an educational account and I see this when I see all of the AutoCAD products,

Have you logged in with your Autodesk ID?

Do you get any errors?

Yes i have logged with the same Autocad ID without any error. It’s just free version of autocad ios app.

I'm just wondering if that is an older license given AutoCAD and all of it's verticles are now bundled together for education users.

That didn’t work for me on my iPad Pro I still can’t get access to the AutoCAD app. Every time I login it tells me to sign up for a free trial or buy it even though I have a student  account and I can use it on my desktop

I’ve tried that also. Mobile app is not shown in the link that you’ve given. But on the product and services section it’s listed. I renewed my student account also it’s given till march 2022.

Hi @Anonymous,

It is listed but as I said in my earlier post it's included under AutoCAD, so just download AutoCAD to get the entire AutoCAD line.
