AutoCAD - Missing DLL files

I'm trying to install an autocad but it always shows that dll files are missing. The missing dll files are:
AcPal.dll

AcUt.dll
acdb24.dll

AcGe24.dll
I already tried all the steps that I could find in the internet, but unfortunately I was not able to solve the problem.

I appreciate any solution that will not involve reinstalling Windows

I'd say re-download the install file.

Hi @DPANTA,
Welcome to the Autodesk Forums.
Those files are probably there, but AutoCAD can't find them. Have you done a Windows search for them?
You'll probably want to start a support ticket with Autodesk.

To update the policy

  1. Disable the UAC prior to the install. This can be done by opening the Control Panel > System and Security > Action Center > Change User Account Control settings and turning it to the lowest level.
  2. Fully enable the .NET Framework 3.5 SP1: In the Control Panel > Programs and Features > Turn Windows features on or off. Make sure that all three boxes for .NET 3.5 SP1 are selected.
