AutoCAD mac 2019 installation failed

I am using the macOS Mojave 10.14.1. And I am installing the AutoCAD 2019. When it comes to the last step, the installation shows "The installation failed. The installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance."

I have restarted the mac several times and I deleted the failed installation application every time before a second try. But it all would not work. The fails still were.

It seems it is not suitable for mac. And I am wondering if it is right I only download an Autodesk_AutoCAD_2019_Mac_OSX_R1.dmg from the website. Are there any other files to be download to install the software?

Browser download is suitable for Mac as you can see here: 😉

 

You are correct the download file is Autodesk_AutoCAD_2019_Mac_OSX_R1.dmg (only one part).

 

Did you check all system requirements? System requirements for AutoCAD for Mac 2019

 

If you have an antivirus software or a firewall, you may try to disable it. Make also sure, that you run everything as an administrator.
