Autocad LT Serial number missing

Dear Experts, 

there is an Activation information for one Product missing. It says that we need to contact our IT department or It specialist , but unfortunately we do not have neither of them. 

The product is 

AutoCAD LT 2018  Wartungsvertrag Single-User.

Windows 64

What shall we do in these situation?

What browser are you using?

Have you cleared your browser history and cache.

I am an Architect, the user of Autocad. As our office is small I am also
responsible that software works.

I use chrome. I do not think that problem is in browser, as I can see
serial numbers for other products from our account.

YES

And the problem remains

I have reviewed your account information it is strange that two single-user maintenance plans appear for AutoCAD LT when you are contracted for one, but I am not a account specialist that can fully access & correct this for you, so please reach out to the Account Management team for further assistance.
