AutoCAD LT 2025 for Mac - Register Product - Error (25) for adlmPITSetProductInformation_2: Error has occurred while parsing PIT file

Hi,

I install AutoCAD LT 2025 in silent mode via Jamf Pro for our users. We use user-based license.

When the script tries to register the product I get this error:

Error (25) for adlmPITSetProductInformation_2: Error has occurred while parsing PIT file

The command, which was executed is the following:

/Library/Application\ Support/Autodesk/AdskLicensing/Current/helper/AdskLicensingInstHelper register --pk 827Q1 --pv 2025.0.0.F --lt USER --cf /Library/Application\ Support/Autodesk/Adlm/.config/ProductInformation.pit

I tried the following troubleshooting steps:

- did a clean install via Jamf (deleted all related files and folders based on this guide: Clean uninstall of Autodesk programs on a Mac)

- tried to delete and create the PIT file with a script (chmod 644 and chown root:wheel)

- tried to execute the command from Terminal with sudo (just for testing, same result)

- tried to execute with sudo via Jamf

How can I register the product / write the details into the PIT file?

I try to do exactly the same but I get the mentioned error.
