AutoCad Lt 2021 loading screen then nothing

I've just installed AutoCad Lt 2021 as a new download. Release notes are March 25, 2020.

PC is:

Running: Windows 10 Home
Version: 10.0.19041 Build 19041
System: x64 based

I can assess the Autocad Lt 2021 web application via the Autodesk app,

When I launch the desktop version of AutoCad Lt 2021 from either the desktop shortcut or Autodesk Launch button the loading window appears, runs through a few things at the bottom, then disappears and nothing happens. No errors. No freezing. It just "loads" goes away and the application doesn't start.
I can then re-click on the shortcut and the same thing happens. Doesn't hang. Its like the program forgot what it just did.

Thought it was a problem with AutoCad Lt 2021. So installed AutoCad Lt 2020. Same problem.

Have added AutoCad to Bitdefender Antivirus allowed programs. Have checked the windows firewall as an allowed application. All fine.

Screen cast attached showing whats happening.

The newest drivers don't always work ... especially with the GTX

Try this one:

https://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/126179/en-us

Also try the following:

Thanks @mdavis22569 .

I rolled the Geforce GTX drivers back to the 388.13 version and it loaded.
