AutoCAD licensing gone

I log into my work computer this morning and start up AutoCAD.  I get this message.


I go online to my account and it is telling me I have never owned AutoCAD. I get on with the online messaging and they can't find that I've ever owned AutoCAD. Even though my company has bought it for me for the last 20 years.  How can my whole AutoCAD history just be gone?

Are you sure you used the correct Autodesk account?

Did they (the company license admin who controls AutoCAD licenses, or that IT person) remove access from you? Intentionally or accidental, what you see is normal under those circumstances. You alone need to find out from your company, no one here can help you with that.

Or as others noted, you use the incorrect email address to get into the Account page.

I found out finally that my IT department renewed all the licenses and somehow an issue happened and we lost all our access.  They're working on it with Autodesk...
