AutoCad Installation between different versions

hello Everyone

We have an account with 3 AutoCAD subscriptions valid for 3 years.

We had an AutoCAD 2020 subscription in one PC. In this PC we signed out from AutoCAD and uninstalled the application. 

With the same subscription we want to install autoCAD again but we do not find the AutoCAD 2020 application inside the account page instead we see AutoCAD 2024, 2023, 2022, 2021.

I want to ask two questions.

1. Can we find and install AutoCAD 2020? 
2. With this valid account we have, we can install AutoCAD 2024, 2023, 2022, 2021 or we must find and install AutoCAD 2020?

what does your subscription and T&C say?

Do you have access to 5 versions back?

Have you contacted your reseller?

We always download it and keep a copy so X years later we have it when they hide the download

Is there something special about the 2020 version that doesn't let you use a newer version?

You can get 2020 and 2019 via AVA in your account portal.  Go to the question mark in the lower corner. Put in Download, and you can get the 2 older versions.
