Autocad free student version requested documents.

We are Licensed Software Administration team of Middle East Technical University At Ankara/Turkey. As an University, our students are using your free software provided by Autodesk at "https://www.autodesk.com/education/home" during their education period. Autodesk has started to verify students by requesting some documents like Student ID card or transcript. Is there any way to verify students without requesting any personal documents? For example we can send you list of our registered students manually for that year so that they will be eligible to access software. Or there can be any page for local admins to add student information to access software. Some other software companies supply us admin pages to add or remove users.

As Darren has already said every student must upload their own documents, unless it's on university hardware then it should be a university license.

That being said, there is a way to minimize the amount of personal info, which can be achieved by a Status Letter from your school on the school letterhead with their name, the institution, and a date within the current term.

I've recommended this method to others on the forum and used it personally for my license with great success
