Hi,
I have an educational version of Autocad for Mac and a few months ago I unistalled it, since it had some weird popup error with my license and since then I've not been able to reinstall any of the avaiable version. (2019-2020-2021-2022).
It reaches 40% during installation process and the reverts back saying that there are some error.
To be clear my educational subcription is still active.
I followed so many guides on you support site in order to make a clean unistall with no results. To be honest, the unistall process should be much more easy and pain-free, or, my suggestion, could help A LOT to have an app that resets everything.
I even followed this guide that came out very recently:
https://knowledge.autodesk.com/search-result/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Clean-uninstall-of-Autod...
Moreover I have a friend who has the exactly same issue, unistalled a previous version and now is my same situation.
I tried to create a new admin user on the mac and install there but same error..
I saw that also other users had the same problem as me, so I think that is a wide problem after all. Is there any solution? Honestly after many months of trying I have no idea what to do.
Thanks everyone
