Do you meet the system requirements? Are you opening a AutoCAD file? Or just opening AutoCAD by itself?
AutoCAD, the program crashes with a fatal error
Object/File
If the issue is only related to the file you are opening with AutoCAD. It maybe associated to an object you can try the steps here to isolate the item in the drawing using QSELECT. Along with some other troubleshooting steps.
Display
If the issue is not associated with a file, it could be display related & the performance issues could be related to the graphic card or AutoCAD drawing file has complex components.

Can you share the dumpdata.zip from the %temp% folder
Also, what OS are you on?
If it's on Windows 10... know that this OS isn't supported for anything 2015 and older:

All 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020 Autodesk software runs on Windows 10. You can also run many 2016 products on Windows 10 with the application of the Autodesk service pack specified in the system requirements. Most 2015 and earlier products are not compatible with Windows 10, unless otherwise stated in the system requirements.
