Hello @Anonymous - you have posted this in the "DWF" forum, but your screenshot indicates you are using AutoCAD...? You are not going to get many views over here in this forum. Maybe @john.vellek can get it moved and jump in with more info on this topic.

As to your error, a quick Google search turns this up: AutoCAD gets an acadres.dll error

Unfortunately, the solution proposed there involves uninstalling and reinstalling a LOT of items, so this isn't a 10 minute fix. You could try reading some things other people with this problem did about it also.

Hi @Anonymous,

I see that you are visiting as a new member to the AutoCAD forum. Welcome to the Autodesk Community!

Is this a first time installation? Or, has this been working for a while and just now stopped working?

If this is an intial install I can move this thread to the Installation and Licensing forum for appropriate suggestions and help.

If it is the latter, can you tell me what has changed since it last was working properly?

The article provided by @rkmcswain is the one I would suggest starting from.

Perform a clean uninstall, and then proceed with redoing the C++ and .Net  per that link. Then do a new installation.

Please select the Accept as Solution button if my post solves your issue or answers your question.
