autocad 2023 trial " some file not download or corrupted"

i tried to install autocad 2023 trial but I get the messege " some file not download or corrupted" the size of the file 1.96 gb

Hi @moddern,

For AutoCAD 2023, there are two parts to the installer.
Check your browser pop-up, redirect and multiple download settings, which can block the second file.

 

For Chrome:
Click on the padlock in the search bar -> Site Settings
Set both Pop-ups and Redirects, and Automatic Downloads to Allow on https://manage.autodesk.com/products
