AutoCAD 2022 installation failed

I am trying to install AutoCAD 2022. The installation fails every time. The screen looks like this:

I have tried everything thas was suggested as a solution here: https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/installation-licensing/revit-2022-installation-error/m-p/10463919 but none of that worked. Could you help me?

Hi !

You must check the Install.log and DDA.log in %localappdata%/Autodesk/ODIS

Best regards

@Anonymous @Valentin-WSP The log files are here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1RYISc3ApxnvTMPgEmmeGkmFauZd1hbFa/view?usp=sharing
(had to upload it to a Google drive since this forum does not support .log nor .zip files).

The line from the article you linked looks like this in my Install.log:
Failed to install Package (upi2: {B624E26D-79AC-37D8-99F1-72B8E77B26E2} name: Autodesk Licensing Installer 1.0 ) Error Code: 69009688 Exit Status: 2
I have tried to install the updated Autodesk Licensing Service as the article suggests, it is even listed in the service as automatically started, however that didn't solve the problem, the installation still keeps failing with the same error code and exit status.

About the system requirements:
Operating system 64-Bit Window 10 - I have that
Processor - 8x3,3 GHz (required 3 GHz)
Memory - 16 GB (required 8 GB, recommended 16 GB)
Display resolution - 4K (required Full HD)
Display card - Radeon RX 580 (8 GB memory, bandwidth 256 GB/s, supports DirectX 12) - way above recommended
Disk space - about 150 GB free on drive C (required 10 GB)
.NET Framework - 4.8 installed

There should be no problem with my system.

This week, I got the problem finally solved with help from an Autodesk tech.
It was necessary to enable Windows Event Log service, then I could start the Autodesk Licensing service, and then it was finally possible to install both AutoCAD and CIVIL 3D.
