AutoCad 2022 Installation Failed

Hi, 

 

I was downloading AutoCad 2022 and for some reason, I couldn't download it.  It didn't tell me what is the problem, just kept saying try again. I tried more than 5 times and still can't figure it out. My windows is the latest version and also downloaded Direct X but still not working. Can you please help me?캡처gg.JPG

have you try to switch off all your anti virus program and firewall and try again and see if helps. thanks

I only have windows virus program so I don't think that's why. It is so frustarating.

Is this the Browser Download Method?

If not try it since it tends to be less sensitive to network conditions;

I tried the link that you gave and it still didn't work :(( Thanks tho. It was faster than before another link but couldn't install it.. I really don't know how to fix it

Clean out your %temp% folder ...

 

Make sure that the Anti-Virus an Firewall are off.

 

Make sure you have Admin rights on the machine

 

How much space is on your C:\ (available space)

I can use 634GB and I don't think that's enough for AutoCAD for sure. I got this new PC like two months ago so I don't think pc is the problem. I really hope to bring my pc to someone who knows AutoCAD very well and figure out why it's not working..

What is the build of your W10?

 

UAC set to the lowest and you have Admin rights?

Any news on this problem?
I have a user with the same problem. There it gave this line in the Install.log:
2021-04-06T12:55:15.686 [Install Manager: 21380, single] [InstallManager WARN] [ Autodesk::DDA::IMUtils::GetBundleInfoListFromJson ] Input Json is empty!

Does this mean something is wrong with Java?

The installation failed due to licensing component.

2021-04-04T20:23:03.303 [Install Manager: 12624, single] [InstallManager INFO] [ InstallManager::HandleInstallFailure ] Failed to install Package (upi2: {D93E01D9-AF6E-32E9-ACA2-61D9E92563C1} name: Autodesk Licensing Installer 1.0 ) Error Code: 240 Exit Status: 2

 

Please uninstall the licensing component and try to to -re install the product.

after series of testing, in the past for previous versions 2021 and below, Autodesk is instructing us to clean up everything, clean slate, it is not applicable to 2022 version tho. From the custom install for enterprise now available on the account's portal, they changed how we generate install for enterprise deployment and this is where I found most of the logs aside from the ODIS log. From the customization products I've chosen, here's the log. Cleaning up this directory if there's already an existing 2022 install, will surely fail on the reinstall.

I already escalated and submitted my ODIS to the chat support for escalation and I'm still figuring out what are the specific entries defined which Installer.exe/ODIS/xml are looking for during install

 

After 15hrs testing and reinstall/reimaging, that's what i found out so far. Leaving those entries will make the install smoothly but deleting any of those, you'll have to reimage instead.
