There seems to be a problem with the AutoCAD 2022 French Language Pack install. The overall install seems to go fine and the Language Pack is being successfully installed, but immediately after the install is complete, it removed itself.

Make sure to follow the Installation Instructions:
AutoCAD 2022 must already be installed.
1. Select and download one of the language packs below.
2. Double-click on the downloaded EXE file and click Install to extract the AutoCAD language pack files.
3. The language pack installer will start after the extraction is completed.
4. After accepting the license agreement, click the “Install” button to install the downloaded AutoCAD language pack.
5. After installation, you can launch AutoCAD in the selected language by double-clicking on the desktop shortcut created for each language, or from the Windows Start menu.

I was able to install AutoCAD 2022 without any issues.
The problem is with French language Pack. I was able to install the AutoCAD 2022 (Français) - Autodesk_AutoCAD_2022_French_Language_Pack.exe (exe - 230MB). But immediately after the French language pack is being successfully installed, it removed itself.
Consider a Clean uninstall:

I tried the Clean uninstall but no luck.
Still have this issue: AutoCAD French Language Pack is removed itself from program list right after its successful install.
We tested the installation of French language pack on a non-corporate laptop and got the same issue:
Installed AutoCAD 2022 and AutoCAD 2022 French language pack on a personal laptop (a non-corporate laptop) where McAfee was completely uninstalled. Windows Defender was also not present on this laptop. The same result occurred. AutoCAD 2022 French language pack would finish its install and then automatically uninstall.
AutoCAD 2022 Version S. 74.0.0 AutoCAD 2022.0.1 seems to have French language pack installation issue on our Windows 10 platform.
We tried the latest updated AutoCAD 2022 Version S. 113.0.0 AutoCAD 2022.1 and the French language pack installed properly.
