When attempting to install AutoCAD 2021 the "Install" button and file browser are inaccessible as seen below.
I have followed the instructions for a clean install to no avail. The above result occurs when using the "Install now" and "Download now" options.

You can't install a software which is already installed (this is what is shown with your dialog)!
If you want to install AutoCAD on a different drive (and you don't have other Autodesk software already installed) then uninstall AutoCAD first (clean uninstall) and then start the new installation.
