Autocad 2017 installation error

I am trying to download and install AutoCAD 2017 Architecture:

I have tried the three methods to download and install non are working. when I try to download from the Autodesk agent I get the following error for Part 1 :-

An error occurred while processing your request.

I have cleared the cache and disabled the popup block, firewall and realtime virus scan. and still get the same error. I have even tried different browsers and machines

The link and Autodesk Virtual Agent is working for me for AutoCAD Arch 2017.  Can you try it again...
