Hello I&L community,
Several topics on the forums regarding the new file system released with Mac highSierra called APFS have raised some concern. If you have updated to highSierra & try to install, a message will appear stating the former file system HFS+ must be used to install. A new installer OR update can resolve this for you.
AutoCAD and AutoCAD LT for Mac 2017.2 Update Readme
"The 2017.2 Update fixed compatibility issues with macOS High Sierra. It also improves overall stability of the product. This update can be installed on all AutoCAD/AutoCAD LT 2017 official releases and is recommended for all users. Please read the entire document before you apply the update to your product. For reference, please save this document to your hard drive or print a copy.
The 2017.1 Update and 2017.1.1 Hotfix are included in this 2017.2 update."
You would either apply the Update to your existing product OR use the full installer version for Mac highSierra.
