autocad 2014 network license is slow in response

Good day. I have a problem in autocad 2014. when i tried to start autocad, the response time in checking license i about 5 to 7 minutes. we have a network license and a single server. we used a flexnet license manager. can anyone know to solved this issue? by the way in administrator account when i run the autocad it has a fast response in it. but when i run it in another account it was very slow response from the server.please help.

Hi Ironshadow,

Sorry to hear that you are having problems with starting your product.

I’m curious to know if you have a FLEXLM_TIMEOUT variable in your environment settings.  If that is set too high and your license is a Suite this could cause a long period of time before a license can be acquired from the server.
