AutoCAD 2013 serial number and product key

Hello, 

i download Autocad 2013 for mac but it says that my product key is not valid. any idea what i should do?

Hi @Anonymous and welcome to the Autodesk Community!

Did you download AutoCAD for Mac from the Education Community? If so, the easiest way around this issue is to register a new Education Community account with a different email address and obtain a new serial number.

There is no need to fully download the program again, simply go as far as obtaining the serial number.
