Hi i have a user struggling to use Autodesk design review.
Initially the error was couldnt open file in it. Ive uninstalled it and reinstalled it a couple of time and applied the 2018 hotfix. However now while i can get files to open the drop down box on the top left hand side just error out and brings up the attached.
I have also included a video of the error.

Try downloading the latest update (version 14.0.2). Make sure to close out of all applications before applying the update.

Hi There,
We've installed the latest version and still no luck unfortunately.
Any chance we can get a member of the support team to jump on a machine with us.
Issue as before - selecting the drop down menu causes app to crash and send out logs
