AUTHORISATION CODE

I am running an ancient Autocad 2000 system which is ample for my needs, for the last 10 years. This week I have been locked out, as Autodesk requests that I need to get a new authorisation code, The request code which comes up on my screen is identical to one I received in 2013, so I entered the authorisation code I was given at that time. Unfortunately that that does not work, so where do I go from here. I have emailed Authcodes.neu@autodesk.com but todate have had no reply.

Thanks for quick reply, I actually made a mistake on my question, I have Autocad 2002 not 2000. Anyway I have tried to follow your advice but fell at the last hurdle. I do not know what to put on the form where it states Product version, what ever I try, it states no match so cannot therefor send email. On my registration information the only ref. to version is registration version which is 10.3.0.0 but that also is no good. RegardsDUNCAN DAVIES
