Atocad LT23 not working

Updated to the latest version a couple of days ago; after that, when trying to open the program, I get the following:

This happens in my laptop; in my PC, program keeps working even after the updating the software

Did you try the suggestion #1 listed in that pop-up yet?

No. It was working OK just up to the moment I downloaded and installed the update; then I went to my PC, installed the same update (..1.2), ant it works flawlesslly.

Update 11-11-22 5-25PM:

Just re-installed LT 2023; getting the same message as before

New install or new issue? 

If this is a new issue, I've seen some recent Windows updates trigger this error. 

Few have reinstalled it with success

Couple have needed the C++/NET reinstalled

Couple removed the KB that was installed
