Hello,
I am trying to reinstall Alias Maya 7.0 that uses a node locked USB Dongle on a new computer running XP because the old computer is broken. how do I go about transferring it so the dongle works with the new computer replacing the original computer it was on?
Any help on how to transfer the license to another pc will be much appreciated ......

The version of Alias Maya 7.0
has the system requirements of:
OS: Windows XP AND G4 Power PC Mac's

If you have another supported Windows operating system for this version you can uninstall the product on the original system but first, make sure you have collected the installation files & activation information you will need to install & activate it on the new computer.
When you activated on the original computer the Autodesk product information should have been saved on the system located here, C:\Users\user name\AppData\Local\Autodesk\(product info.html) including the request code, product key & serial #.
The installation media files are located in the C:\Autodesk\Alias Maya 7... copy this folder & place it on the new computer, running the Setup.exe to install.
