After clicking "enter a serial number" button nothing happens

After clicking the serial number button nothing happens
After I repeatedly reinstalled Maya 2017 on the computer, the serial number input button stopped working!
After that, when I press the "enter a serial number" button, the program is simply closed without showing any errors, even in the task list there is a process, but it just closes through.
All other activation methods work fine, what should I do?

Welcome to the community..

 

It sounds like something is blocking your access to communicate with the license servers at Autodesk (for activation).

 

This should help get your application working. Assuming you have a valid serial number/contract.

Close the application

 

Please note, folders of C:\Programdata and C:\Users\[Username]\Appdata (listed below) are hidden folders and you may need to adjust your viewing settings.

 

On your computer, navigate to: ​​C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\CLM\LGS\<Product_Key>_2017.0.0.F  [<Product Key> is the product key of the Autodesk Application you have]
Delete the LGS.data file.
Navigate to C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\ folder
Delete the ADUT folder and it's contents
Start the application.

When you start the application, it will prompt you to choose one of the following:

Login - 30 day trial licenses
Serial Number - Standalone and Single-User activation
Network - Network License server for obtaining licenses from a machine on your network

Choose the option that matches your license.

That was a windows bag, i'm reinstall my windows with disk formatting and everything working!

max 2018 stuck after I pressed I have a license... I don't want to reinstall windows on my parallels vm, each time I do that I spend an hour with Microsoft on the phone. ****ing annoying, each time I update there is a new problem, I can't even redo the procedure for the last problem...
