Activation

I tried to post this in the licensing forum but got redirected to here.

We recently installed AC 2020 and the installation went OK. Now that we need to activate it the problem arose. When starting up the program, we're presented with 2 options Run or Activate. When we try Activate, it asks for the serial number. So when I look it up in our account, there is no number there but it says "Sign In" (even though we already are). If we use the Run option, it's a 30 day trial.

How do we get the activation to work.
