Your web download and activation interface is extremely difficult to navigate.
I followed the prompts when to activate my AUTOCAD 18 LT and this screen shot is what i get.
This license was purchased from Software One with the Order Reference US-SCO-642765
Any help would be appreciated

Welcome & thanks for joining!
Before registering and activating your product, be sure the Serial Number you are using matches the product, product release, and the type of license you have purchased. Also be sure you are typing in the Serial # & Product Key do not copy/paste it in the fields. You should receive green check marks.
Your admin(aka purchaser) may need to assign the product to you if an Account Administrator Manages your Software (Assigned Named Users).
