Activation not working

Hi there,
I had to restore my computer and now the program will not let me enter an activation code. I am not sure why, I just says I am not connected to the Internet or the activation server isn't working. I am connected to the Internet, so I'm not sure what is happening.

Not applicable
this did not work. It keeps telling me that I am not connected to the
internet and to establish a connection. I am connected and it says it is
failing. It does not give me the option to enter in the code I have. I have
turned off the wifi and tried to do it manually and restarted my computer
that is hasn't helped either.. it just says the same code.

Hi @Anonymous,

 

Which program and version is this? If you tried all those steps, have you tried disabling your antivirus and reinstalling from the virtual agent?
