Hello, I recently swapped my HardDrive (with an existing Autocad 2021 installation correctly activated) from one computer to another (because the first failed but the Hardrive still works)... I made no change whatsoever on my OS or Autodesk installations.
However, when I tried to open AutoCad 2021 it asked for activation, when I followed instructions it showed a Message that Activation Limited Exceeded... I have my Seriel, Key and activation code from original activation email.
After searching for an answer I found this website (https://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/download-install/activate/manual-activation-registra...) that says 2021 products don't support Offline Activation.
Can anyone help? What's the point now on having the activation code if I can't offline activate? How can I activate back my license if I made no changes to the software? (BTW it's a perpetual license, we tried disabling internet and it won't work, we tried uninstalling Autocad 2021 in order to do the manual activation, didn't work.)

Did you tried searching the code on your account manager?
If you didn't try it, go to manage.autodesk.com and search the software, there you can find your licence details.
Hello, I do have my serial number, key number and activation code; that is not the problem. How can I activate it manually knowing now that Autocad 2021 won't activate offline and the system says I exceeded activations???

Thank you, this page basically says "Attempt activation online" which is what we have tried with no success, or subscribe/renew.
So this doesn't help my case.
We tried AVA, but only answers we get is "get an activation code or activate online".
So, We have our activation code (but Autodesk won't activate 2021 producs offline) and if we try online activation it says "Activation limit exceeded" for the reason I explained earlier.
This doesn't help us.
Hi, Yes, we have internet connection on that PC, unfortunetely it says "Activation Limit Exceeded" which is clearly dumb because all we did is swap the Harddrive because the other computer crashed its hardware.
Any help from an Autodesk employee??
So which part of activating online here did not work for you exactly? It was the link I gave you much earlier that you dismissed without explanation.
