Activation issue

I have Signed up to student account and fully registered to it. But When I installed and signed into autodesk desktop app, maya 2022 or 2020 it is not showing any activation it is telling to sign in in my autodesk web account. How to solve problem??

Hi @Anonymous,

No serial number is pretty standard now since Autodesk has retired the use of serial numbers in most instances.

Just sign in to activate.

In the screenshots attached I just see your manage page and the desktop app, what happens when you run Maya?
