Activating product

Hello, I've looked around the forums before posting here but still cannot find a solution.

 

I've just purchased a 1 month subscription to recap pro and have my licence key  emailed to me.

when i start recap and go to activate it asks me to put in my login credentials which i do. after I've logged in, a window pops up (see screengrab) with my licence key filled in already but the activate button is grayed out.

 

I then tried to ad myself in as a user in my auto-desk account, i put in the user information and click add user nothing gets added.

 

any help would be greatly appreciated
