Activating Problem Autocad 2021 student

After the trying period of 30 days, I have problem in openning Autocad 2021. I attached the informations from the screen.

Can you provide a screen shot of the error?

Is AutoCAD in your products & services in https://manage.autodesk.com/?

Have you requested AutoCAD from: https://www.autodesk.com/education/edu-software/overview ?

I have the screen shots attached to the message. I have tried the links provided the problem persist.

Make sure you install all of the updates in the Autodesk Desktop App.    That's what causes the License Time out error
