Activate Naviswork 2020

I have installed both Infraworks 2020 and Naviswork 2020 to import into Infraworks 2020 a Revit model (also 2020). I have the files in IFC and also .rvt.

When I add it gives an error saying Navisworks 2020 is not activated, even though I can open normally.

Can anyone help me?

What does the capture say?   This is an English speaking forum.

Hello, It has not been a year. I posted this 3 of December of 2019, so.  

Still cannot import IFC or .rvt files into Infraworks, it says that "I don't have an activate Navisworks license", even though I have one for Naviswork 2020 e 2019. 

I opened my model (either .rvt and .IFC) in Naviswork 2019 just fine.

Any help?

I just tested Naviswork Manage 2020 and it does not work, it does not launch.

I'm trying Manage. But my problem is that it seemed to be working fine (now Manage 2020 doesnt work, even though Manage 2019 it does). 

Bu anyway the Infraworks doesnt allow me to open any .rvt or ifc files.

does it import using the cloud?

uncheck this option in Infraworks
