Access violation error in Netfabb 2020

I have installed Netfabb through my education licensing. It says my license is activated but when I launch the app, I get error as access violation and I can't ignore it, it closes(kills) application by itself. What could be the reasons behind this error. I have even tried uninstalling and re-install from start even tried different versions of Netfabb 2020.0 and 2020.3 but still gets the same error.
I have even done Autodesk licensing details (by putting serial number) during installation still  I am facing this issue, please look into it (Attached file)
Need resolution for same asap

even tried this steps mentioned below by Education Support TeamAutodesk Inc. but nothing work out still gets the same error : please uninstall existing product with clean uninstall process.

Once your account verified then you will receive account verification, confirmation mail from SheerID, later you will able to download the Education product and product will activate automatically with sign in and no need serial number or license to activate it.

Once, you completely uninstall the product, please reboot your system, and later try to reinstall.

Hi @Anonymous,

Are you running a dedicated graphics card?

From my looking around, it seems the violation errors have multiple causes and don't have a single solution.

Is this error with loading a file or just upon loading the program.

I also recommend you post in the Netfab forums as I've seen some recent replies to people with access violation issues: https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/netfabb-forum/bd-p/981

Hi! leowarren34

I am using Vmware to run virtual windows, I have installed it there. The error comes upon loading/launch of the program.

Please check the Display settings:

Hi @Anonymous,

I found this thread from a couple of years back that relates to the graphics adapter. Given yours are being virtualised, I'm wondering if this may be the source of the issue: https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/installation-licensing/netfabb-standard-2017-2-quot-access-violation-quot-error/td-p/6894685
