I keep receiving this error when I click on the "structure loads" tab.

Once the error pops up, I cannot proceed using the program.

Does anyone know how to rectify this issue?

I am using version 20.2.140.0.

Hi @michael.maksour,

What GPU are you running?

This article directly pertains to Structural Bridge Analysis so is probably a good start: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/structural-bridge-design/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sf...

Hi Michael

Does this error occur with a particular file?  If so please zip and attach so that we can investigate.

Thanks

Simon

Hi Michael

Thanks for the file.  The problem seems to be in the definition of the longitudinal beams....I will see if I can repair.

Here is a version with the longitudinal beams cleared out.  I no longer get the AV.  You probably don't need to redefine the longitudinal beams in this non-standard grillage.

I attach the details of the original longitudinal beam elements in case needed (with the data in error removed)

We have put in a fix to soon to be released version to stop the AV.  Note that there was reference to a zero length member (which doesn't seem to exist)...

Thanks
